Seen on the 1912 Sanborn map in use as retail and a pool hall. In 1914/1915 edition of American Motion Picture Directory they listed a Dixie Theatre and a New Cameron Theatre, but without street address’s. This could be either of these. Building is still standing.

The building is still there, and we should be using the current address, which is 17. Those are not addresses on the Sanborn, but lot numbers. Currently a floral/gift shop occupying both halves.
