The address found for this former theater on various online searches, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, will not map. The Alpine Theater was opened in 1936, and continued until at least the late-1950’s. The Alpine Theater last served as a “mini-mall”. By 2022 it was operating as an antique store.

Here is an article about the Alpine Theatre in Hundred, dated February 16, 2011. The house had reopened following repairs occasioned by a fire two years earlier. There are photos of the interior.
I visited this weekend. It is currently an antique shop / thrift store.
