This theatre appears on the 1924 Sanborn, in a simple 2-story wood frame building with tin siding. There is a Palace Theatre listed in the 1926 edition of Film Daily Yearbook, but it has gone from listings by 1927.
This part of town seems to have been built out between 1914 and 1924. There were several stores, a garage, and a hotel along the north side of the street. All are long gone, and it’s hard to tell there was ever anything there.

The address is just a guess. This was at the corner of Chert and a now vanished extension of 2nd (which even then was closed).
