The 8-screen Shaw Theatres Seletar opened on 18th December 2014, coinciding with the release of “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies”. It is the cinema chain’s first booth-less multiplex with Christie Solaria One+ digital projectors and also the smallest multiplex by total area in Singapore at that time of opening. It was closed on December 16, 2024. Plans are to convert into an educational facility.

This cinema was closed on 16th December 2024 due to lease expiry caused by low patronage. Was told the space will be converted into educational use.
