Located in the south district of Tempelhof. The Tefi-Filmtheater was opened in 1957 and was designed in a Streamline Moderne style by architects Gustav H. Schmidt & Andreas Doll. It had 572 seats, all on a sloping single floor. The Tefi-Filmtheater was closed in 1965.

It was converted into a supermarket, but this had closed by March 2022 when the vacant building had been tagged with graffiti.
