This building has been empty for quite some time.
A few years ago the interior was gutted in preparation for turning the place into a bar or night club, but problems with the city concerning a building permit put an end to the construction.
Today, in 2012, the building is empty and has a “for lease” sign on it.
The main auditorium was the first Dolby Stereo screen in the city IIRC.
The United Artists Cinema 4 - Pueblo Park Mall opened on December 22nd, 1978. Grand opening ad posted.
