The Terrace Cinema opened in 1993. With 22 seats, it is one of the worlds smallest cinemas.

Located in the small town of Tinonee in the Manning Valley, a 3 hours drive north of Sydney. The building dates from 1881 and is furnished with antiques and collectables. It screens old newsreels and some old and more modern movies.

Guinness World Records lists the Cinema dei Piccoli as the worlds smallest "purpose built" cinema. That Cinema has 63 seats. In the battle between the Screen Room and the Terrace Cinema for the title of worlds smallest cinema, I think the Screen Room is the winner since only 21 of the 22 seats are available for customer use.
