This theater sits at the edge of a traffic circle in Columbiana, Ohio. The single ticket booth is centered out front with the marquee above. A large script "C" is lit above. You enter through large double doors to either side of the ticket booth.

It opened in 1952 as the Manos Theatre. It was purchased in February 2007 and completely renovated. The lobby and concession stand areas were expanded and a full liver performance stage was added.

A former retail space adjacent to the theatre was converted into a 40-plus seat cafe, named the Encore Cafe. Keeping with the original Streamline Moderne style, this theatre has been given a new life as a modern showplace for all kinds of entertainment.

papibear: Great night photo with the lighted curved marquee and the big C above. My former hometown theatre had a curved marquee and they are so very unique.

For anyone that is interested, the Columbiana Cinema is undergoing renovations and they are selling their old theater chairs! I just pick up six today and they are in great shape!
