KEARNEY Drive In Theatre - Kearney Ne - Demolished!

The Kearney Drive-In opened in 1950 and remained open until May 2008, when it suffered damage by a tornado. It had a capacity for 400 cars.

This drive-in was operated by the Central States Corp. in the early sixties.

I’ve heard they are closing the drive in – how can we keep it open?

This drive-in is gone. It was damaged by a tornado on May 29 and demolished in July of 2008. It was last operated by Cinema Entertainment of Minnesota. Article

Status should be demolished. This was the website for this drive-in.
