Listed as open in the 1944 FDY & the 1951 FDY (with an address of Broad & Leconey Ave). Listed as part of Milgrim Booking Service in the 1961 Film Daily Yearbook.
Located at Broad Street and Leconey Avenue. Opened in 1926. No balcony. Later purchased by the Varbalow family. Building is still standing and is used as a house of worship.

If you use 89 W. Broad you will see the church on Google maps. The building and its neighbors correspond with the photo mentioned above, although the theater marquee is long gone.
Don’t rely on Google Maps for addresses, the Church address that used to be the theatre is at 23 W. Broad St.
