Currently a small theater with downstairs video rental. History goes back to the early 1900s, when an Italian family named Massucco owned and operated it. The name was later changed to Savoy because the family was from the Savoy region of Italy.

I saw a 1938 reference to a Playhouse Theatre in Montpelier. Was that used for films at all?
