The Macon Cinema is located one block north of the Macon city limits on Highway 63 N. The theatre building itself is mostly done in fabricated steel. It has a large V shaped portico over the entrance with flat panel attraction boards. The exterior of the building is done in dark browns and royal blues.
The theatre has a nice sized well appointed lobby and concession area. The auditoriums are small but comfortable and color coordinated. Sound and projection is high quality for great picture performance. All in all this is a great small town theatre.

This theatre was originally known as the Royal Theatre.
Macon Cinema is actually NORTH of Macon on Highway 63.
The Royal Theatre is a completely separate building downtown which is currently used as a venue for live theatre and community events.
The header lists the Macon Cinema on Hwy 63 N. The photo is of the Royal Theatre in downtown Macon.
