The listing says Majestic One and Two, so I imagine it is now a twin. It opened in 1924.

This theatre in Northwestern KS was originally the Winship Opera House. It was remodelled by the Boller Brothers Firm of Kansas City, MO in 1924 as the Majestic Theatre. It is one of the oldest buildings on the Phillipsburg town square.

We just completed a $267,000.00 Facade renovation project. Large percentage of the work was done by community volunteers. Our community recieved a Small Communities Improvement program grant from the Kansas Department of Commerce, the rest of the funds were donated by local foundations, businesses and individuals. It is wonderful to see this magnificent building come back to life. Complete wit Neon Marquee’s.
The Makestic Theatre is featured in the Kansas Tourism clip that is being televised in the Midwest.
