THANK YOU FOR REVIVING MEMORIES OF THE STAR MOVIE HOUSE WHERE I SPENT SO MANY SATURDAYS OF MY YOUTH. I REMEMBER THERE ALWAYS BEING THREE MOVIES. A FEATURE, A COWBOY AND A COMEDY. ALL FOR THE UNREAL PRICE OF TWELVE CENTS. I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE STAR AS WELL AS THE LOEWS BOULEVARD, THE FREEMAN AND THE RKO CHESTER. Roger….I have a friend that is in the real estate business so I have access to those records. I can only search the five boroughs in NYC. If you need something looked up in the Big Apple, let me know.
There is a website that claims you can search real estate records for any state. It isn’t free though. I believe that it is $1.50 per search, $19.95 unlimited for one day and $59.95 unlimited for a month. You can check it out if you want to at this link:

Lost: Where can you do that kind of real estate search?

According to a real estate search, this building is listed as a two story building. A store with two apartments above. The build date shows 1984 which would lead me to believe that this former theater has been demolished.

I think the Riteaid store replace this theatre and the store has apts over it.
