The Grand Theatre was opened in 1915. By 1941 it was operated by Warner Bros. Circuit Management Corp., and they operated it until at least 1950.

Film Daily Yearbooks, 1941 & 1943 give a seating capacity of 1,193. In the 1950 edition of F.D.Y.B. seating was listed as 903.

The Grand Theatre was operated by Warner Bros. Circuit Management Corp during these years.

The clippings on the DVRBS site give the Grand’s location as Broadway and Mickle, which would be more like 207 South Broadway than 207 North.

A Pilcher organ, opus 862, was installed in this theater in 1915.
