Listed in the American Motion Picture Directory 1914 – 1915 as the Atlantic M. P. Theatre, which I presume translates as Atlantic Motion Picture Theatre.
Film Daily Yearbook;s 1926 and 1927 editions list it as the Atlantic Theatre with 500 seats.
A C/O was issued for alterations to a 475 seat motion picture theater at this address on August 7, 1923. This theater most likely opened prior to 1923. Type of alterations done are not specified.
This theater can be changed to closed/demolished. The current bullding was built in 1972.
