I came accross this theater for sale on my way to Houston. It has obviously seen better days. The sale paper I found said that it now has a racquetball court in it. It is for sale at $125,000 with about $50,000 in repairs needed. I have no info at this time, but would appreciate any that can be supplied. It still has the neon on the sign. It is said to still posess the lobby and two ticket windows.

Yes, particularly since it is in a town en route from Houston to the beach (Freeport). What a neat place that could become! It was open from 1935-1975.
