This photo of the Entertainment Cinemas building front was taken by me in 2003.
This cinema opened in May 1997 to replace the old Edgartown town hall cinema and is still going strong with year round programming.
The 1927 Film Daily Yearbook has one movie theater listed for Edgartown, the Elm Theatre, 475 seats, open 3 days per week.
The theater has converted to digital projection and tossed out its 35mm equipment: View article
