Second run neighborhood house closed by Warner Brothers in the late 1950’s in favor of the larger Stanley Theater a couple of blocks away. Ironically, the Stanley Theater became economically unfeasable to operate a few scant years later and was converted to a cultural center. The Mayfair Theater building became a bowling alley.
