Information is needed about this Chinatown theatre that seems to have alternated between Asian and Hollywood releases.

The Jade was on Canal and Mulberry. There was some discussion of the Jade under the Rosemary theater listing. And br91975 believes that the building has been demolished.

I believe the address for this theatre was 202 Canal Street, New York, NY, 10013.
In 1976, it was known as the Chung Kou Theater and was showing Jaws with Chinese subtitles.
If this is, in fact, the same theatre, it appears to only have been known as the Jade (Pozin’s Jade Cinema) from 1968-1971.

That 1976 aka should be Chung Kuo, not Chung Kou.
A very small theater located between Chinatown and Little Italy. I recall seeing BAREFOOT IN THE PARK there after its initial run at RCMH. However, if you went to the first showing in the morning, the projectionist started at the second reel.
