The Home Theater was an airdome style movie house with dirt floors and benches located on Gaty Avenue at 17th Street. It was replaced by the modern indoor 500-seat Gaty Theater in 1940. In the early 50s, it was destroyed by a fire. A church has since been built on the former site of the theater.

Any additional information on the Gaty would be appreciated.
