When the Queen opened, it was said to be a family safe environment. The management pledged to assure the “moral protection” of all children. With the Queen rebranded as the Leo under its new ownership, the owners were liberated to show more risque fare than the Queen would ever offer. The kids had to fend for themselves as their moral protection was no longer a consideration.
