The Green Ridge Theatre was in a commercial district in the Green Ridge section of East Scranton. Not sure of date it closed. It did cause a sensation in early 1970’s by going X-rated in an otherwise staid neighborhood.

A Kimball organ was installed in the Green Ridge Theater in 1925.

Are you talking about the Roosevelt, or are they one in the same?

The organ was installed in the Green Ridge Theater. I don’t know if the Green Ridge and the Roosevelt are one in the same theater. The Roosevelt Theater has its own page on this website here.
