Located just off Route 22 in Mountainside, this theatre opened around the same time as another similar theatre at East Hanover. Both theatres share the ‘star’ design.

This is similar in design to the Loews in New Brunswick, but smaller and not quite as fancy. Did this open before or after the NB multiplex?

probably before the New Brunswick theater opened, as this theater didn’t have stadium seating.

new sony 4k will be installed by this thursday… Final Destination 3D showtimes are up as well starting Friday

Theater opened in 1996, I remember the first film I saw here was “The Frighteners” with Michael J. Fox

going all digital in june

during an afternoon commute, i saw the exterior of the theater. Looks bigger than East Hanover and lots of parking around. Also has a digital LED sign reminiscent of the Loews in Wayne. When SDDS was at this theater, was it 8 channel or 5.1?
