Yes.

According to Bowers' “Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical Instruments” page 551, the Charlotte was indeed equipped with a Reproduco organ made by the Operators Piano Co.

Possibly used a “Reproduco” automatic piano/organ unit for film accompaniment.
