This theater had previous names. One was the Glud Theater which had 240 seats. Photos and history can be found here.

LM, just looked at the history that you posted a link to, that theatre has had some tender loving care, it looks beautiful for its age.

In 1955 the Glud Theater is listed with 240 seats. At the same time the Lund Theater is listed with no seat count. The name change probably occured around that time.
