The address for the Frolic Theatre was 1914 1st Ave. so that should also be the address for the Lincoln. This was an African American Theatre. The header needs to be updated with the AKA Frolic and the address.

This theater should have an aka name of Frolic Theater.

The insurance company might have moved to another location. None of the buildings in the photo look like they are occupied.

Could be. Maybe Brazil is a chain of agencies in Alabama. Address is unknown at this point.

I already thought about that but didn’t post the address because this website claims that the Lincoln Theater was located on First Avenue in Bessemer.

Thanks for the photo. The Brazil Insurance Agency is located at 712 18th Street North, so presumably the former theater is also on 18th Street.
