Could this be a photo of the former Time Theater?
It’s a good bet. How many theaters could there be in Wetumka?
Believe it or not, Cinematour has two theaters listed for Wetumka. I just took a look on their site and the photo that I posted isn’t the Time Theater. Time Theater on Cinematour. The other Wetumka theater on Cinematour has the catchy name of “Theatre”. My photo matches their photo of Theatre. Having an address of 116 N Main, would place “Theatre” across the street from the Time Theater. I wonder what the real name was for “Theatre”.
This is a picture of the old Redskin theater in Wetumka. I actually saw a movie there when I was a boy with my parents. The time theater is across the street by the post office. It is the 2 story building with the clock on the sign that is now a flower shop.

Boxoffice of May 10, 1947, said that W.T. Kirby’s 450-seat Time Theatre was scheduled to open at Wetumka that day. It would be the town’s second movie house.
