James “Jimmy” Zartaludes opened the Victorian turned Criterion Theatre in downtown Sapulpa on March 1, 1924 and now he’s back on April 7, 1976 the day after the theater closed for the last time playing, “Old Dracula.” The Criterion was razed in June of 1978 though its lobby / entry was spared.
