Lonsdale Twin Cinemas

A nice rural small town cinema. Originally opened pre-1937 as the 685 seat Picture House, with its main entrance on Lady Street. The proscenium was 24 feet wide.

Since around 1986, the original main entrance and stalls level has been in use as a bingo club. The twin screens are located in the former circle and are accessed at the rear of the building in Moat Road. The screens have 104 and 57 seats, showing blockbusters and alternative films. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the cinema is clean comfortable
