The Braumart Theater was designed in 1924, by the architectural firm Herbst & Kuenzli of Milwaukee, WI. The former Braumart Theater in Iron Mountain, Michigan is now a performing arts center.

“Haunted House, the Community of Performing Arts Center, Iron Mountain Michigan
Located in the old Braumart Theater building in historic downtown Iron Mountain Michigan, the Community performing Arts Center has been putting on quite the haunted house the last few years. Not for the faint of heart, but for those who truly are looking for an old-fashioned Halloween scare, this is the place to visit. They do hold a night dedicated to the younger Halloween fans, when they tone down the scream level a couple of notches, but the rest of the month of October it is a full blown way to get the terror back into your Halloween festivities.
