The Centre Theatre closed in 1985 and was demolished a year later in 1986.

The Centre was operated by Neighborhood Theatres. A.O. Budina designed many of their theatres. I was a projectionist at the Centre during the mid-1970s.

I am pretty sure this theatre was designed by John Eberson in association with A O Budina.
