At one time there was Dutch Square Twin Theatre.Pretty nice theatres not to be a major chain. I think where this 14 screen monster is at use to be the home of anice twin theatre.
Was this really a newly-built theater, or was it just an expansion of the twin? I’ve noticed with Mike Rivest’s work, he frequently has confused an expansion with that of a new build.
So what’s your point? Is it a different theater, or not?

AMC lists the address as 421 (#80) Bush River Rd. It maps to this address also.
Wow, someone commented on a Columbia theatre,Iremember when it opened as a Twin,I bet Chuck sure isn’t from Columbia.
No Mike, I am not from Columbia, I spend half my year in the St. Louis area and half in Hawaii.
This location is under a management deal so the landlord owns the actual theatre but AMC operates it for a fee.
Knew you weren’t Chuck because Columbia is a forgotten city on Ct.Merry Christmas.
Having walked through the theatre yesterday I have to assume this is an entirely new build. A perfectly symetrical 14 plex with 7 screens to the left and 7 to the right.
