This site gives a construction date of 1914. Look under Exit 122/ US 521 West, near the top:

Alcolu…..Alderman Coldwell and Lula….(Al)derman Lumber along with business partner (Co)ldwell and (Lu)la was Alderman’s daughter.
Unless the address is wrong, there’s nothing there anymore.
