This small theater, located on Cumberland Street at Sydenham Street, opened in 1915. The Regis was remodeled by the firm of Henon & Boyle in 1924, and closed in 1953. Today, the building is home to a church.

A Wurlitzer theater organ opus 1063 style 105 special was installed in the Regis Theater on 5/22/1925.
