The building which originally was the Kent Theatre on Fifth Avenue in Arnold later housed a Disabled American Veterans hall, and since 1992, has been the home of the Alle-Kiski Learning Center, an adult continuing education organization.

The Kent and the New Arnold were listed as theaters in Arnold in July 1941, according to the Monessen Independent, so the Kent must have been around for a while.

By the 1951 Film Daily Yearbook, the two theaters listed for Arnold are the Kent (seating 594) and the Star (seating 250, and shown as closed).
