The new Nordica has opened and is described here. Someone should start a listing, but I’m not interested enough in multiplexes to do it myself: nordicatheatre

There are plans to build a new, six-screen theater in Freeport. If built, it may be named the Nordica, in memory of this former theater; story here: View link
