The Nappanee Theatre originally opened in 1926 as the Fairy Theatre. Today, the theater is independently owned and operated, and continues to screen movies, usually on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.

My father owned this theatre in the late forties and early fifties. I owned it fron 1973 until the early eighties. I paid 16,100. and sold it for 24,000. to the current owners.
