The building is currently for sale. Asking price is $295,000. Build date given is 1937.

The Hollywood Theatre opened in 1940, closed in 1985. It was operated by Welworth Theatre Co. thru 1955 and then McCarthy Brothers until it closed in 1985. It is now a reception center.
