This cinema is a totally new cinema which opened in 1995, not to be confused with the old single screen St. Louis Park Theatre.

It is run by Mann Theatres of Minnesota.

A PDF available from the web site of St.Paul architectural firm Vanney Associates lists 25 theater projects designed by Robert F. Vanney, including an undated six-screen multiplex at St.Louis Park. Vanney designed several projects for Mann Theatres, so this was probably one of them.
