Opened as the Elite Theatre in 1910. It was later renamed Roxy Theatre. It closed as the Mars Theatre in 1952.

This is a 1950 photo from Life Magazine.

The only building close to this address today is apparently vacant. The street is now called Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. Given the angle of the 1950 photo, there’s no way to tell if the current building is the theater.
