Corry Drive-In

The Corry Drive-In was opened prior to 1955 when it was operated by Earl Beckworth and Blatt Brothers Theatres. In later years it operated on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It was closed in 2011. It was demolished in April 2017.

There was a theatre in Corry PA, too.

Chuck: I’ve spoken to the family who owns this drive-in and the father once gave me an old movie reel which I still own.

This closed down in 2011.

The exterior of this theatre was on a recent episode of the TV show “Forensic Files.”

Sadly, the Corry Drive-In itself is now GONE-ZO. Demolition started in February or March and was completed April 3.
