The Sham Shui Po Theatre was situated in the Sham Shui Po district on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong.

It opened to business on 25th July 1941 with a Cantonese film, and showed selected Chinese dialect films until the outbreak of war on 8th December 1941.
The theatre was probably closed and did not re-open during the war years.

Its Chinese name is 深水埗戲院.
