This link has some information about a Brookfield Drive-In in Newfoundland. I’m not sure if its about this drive-in.

Opened about 1975 and closed
about 1998 This Drive-In had shown
porno movies and had space for 610 cars

The Brookfield Drive-In was owned by American Chuck Baldwin. The theatre opened in 1973 and during its latter years did play softcore porn. All indications are that it closed in October 1992.
