This theater, which opened as the Fairlane in 1969, closed in late 2004, and has recently been converted into a thrift store.

It spent the decade or so of the last part of its life as a $1 theatre.

There are several pictures and comments here. It appears that the theater space has now been completely gutted out.

The thrift store has since closed and the building is currently empty.
