Opened in 1985, this location had a slow start due to the product competition in the area. Once it booked a few hits, distributors made it their favored site in the lucrative Kendall market and it produced excellent grosses. The mall was heavily damaged by 1992 Hurricane Andrew but the theatre lasted until 2005 when the new Regal Stadium theatre opened.
