the Howard theater was built in 1912 by E.H Howard and Roy Burford.
there was only one Howard Theater.

The Howard Theater is still listed in 1955. In 1930 there is an 800 seat New Howard Theater listed for Arkansas City. No Howard Theater is listed in 1935 so the New Howard could have been a different theater.
