The Carousel Cinemas at Alamance Crossing opened on July 3, 2008. The theatre is equipped with stadium seating with rocking chairs. All auditoriums are equipped with Dolby Digital Stereo Sound powered with JBL spealers and there are wall-to-wall screens in all auditoriums. Screen’s 2 & 3 offer Dolby Digital 3D presentations.

The theatre has a mezzanine bar above the lobby named ‘the Bistro’. There is online ticketing on its website, complementing a ticket kiosk in the foyer, where there is also a will call area and a very extensive main concession stand.

Alamance Crossing Cinemas replaced The West End Cinemas which closed its doors in early 2008.
