Votiv Kino

Located close to the University, the Votiv Kino has been operating since 1912 when it opened with a seating capacity of 350. It is one of the leading art house cinemas in the city. All fims are screened in their original languages, with German sub-titles. Today, there is a main auditorium seating 178, plus a second screen seating 85 and a small studio screen seating 67. The Votiv Kino is a member of the Europa Cinemas group.

A popular cinema-breakfast screening on Sunday’s gives patrons a movie and a traditional Viennese breakfast. There are special childrens performances at weekends.
