The Ace Theatre was situated in Ngau Tau Kok on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. It opened to business on 4th September, 1975 with “Remember Pearl Harbour” and showed selected English and first run Chinese films until early 1987, and adult films were shown afterwards until its closure in March 1995.

Its 1429-seat auditorium was on the first floor of the theatre building with lobby on the ground floor, and a lift was installed for the patrons of the dress circle.

The theatre auditorium has been converted into a restaurant.
